IDNV-Sales receives and processes orders sent by retailers to publishers or wholesalers through the IDNV ordering system.

The program offers:

• Search interface as in the IDNV-Catalogue software
• Receipt of orders waiting in the central server
• Secure and efficient transmission through integrated compression and encryption
• Client identification through current IDNV participant database
• Possibility of adding own clients' numbers to the local IDNV participant database
• Flexible export interface for electronic processing of orders
• Convenient print-outs with barcodes (for verification or manual processing of orders)
• Order history in the integrated database
• Can be completely automated through regular order-retrievals at adjustable intervals
• Can start an external program after receipt and interface export
• Online data update of master data (overall catalogue, participants, codelists)

All participating publishing houses are automatically equipped with IDNV-Sales. The program can be downloaded. On request, we will send you an installation CD with current databases, which you can update online.
